Entre terre et ciel
In 2010, Anne van Galen and Geert Vennix bought a sturdy house made of natural stone in the village of Les Vigneaux in Écrins National Park in southeastern France. It is a large house that once served as a farmhouse and village grocer. In 2010 and 2011, we converted and renovated the bottom floor of the house into two modern, spacious holiday apartments (one that sleeps two and the other that sleeps six), which can also be rented together.

Geert is an architect and was responsible for the design. We did the majority of the work ourselves, of course, with help from friends and family as needed.
Anne is an international mountain leader and a consultant in safety and crisis management. From the house in Les Vigneaux, she organises magnificent adventures in the mountains.
